A major federal agency undertook one of the most ambitious transformations in the federal government — simultaneously shifting from project to product, from manual delivery to DevSecOps, and from waterfall to Agile. Rohde Inc. guided agency leaders through every dimension of the change, and used an immersive dojo program to build real capability across the delivery organization — reaching over 200 teams in under 12 months.
A regional financial services firm faced pressure from leadership to "do something with AI" — but lacked clarity on where to start. Rohde Inc. facilitated an AI readiness assessment, executive literacy program, and a prioritized implementation roadmap aligned to business outcomes.

Susan Rohde is a technology executive and transformation leader with decades of experience guiding public and private sector organizations through their most complex and high-stakes change initiatives. Her career spans executive leadership roles at a top-five national bank, a large state government, and six years as Senior Consultant to a major federal agency — where she helped lead one of the most ambitious project-to-product transformations in the federal government.
Susan's work spans Rohde Inc.'s three core practice areas: executive transformation coaching, AI strategy, and Immersive Learning. She is the architect of multiple large-scale Dojo programs — one of which reached over 200 teams in under 12 months — and brings deep expertise in building high-performing software product organizations, drawing on frameworks such as Team Topologies and the Better Value Sooner Safer Happier (BVSSH) model. She brings a practitioner's lens to helping executives define a realistic, outcomes-driven path forward in an era of rapid change.
